SAP's SuccessFactors Launches Futuristic HCM Software

Germany-based global software company SAP’s  subsidiary, SuccessFactors, which provides cloud-based human resources software service, has introduced an advanced version of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. The futuristic product is expected to herald a new era in human resource management.

In the current corporate scenario, human resource management processes include a number of disparate transactions that transcends organizational boundaries, thereby making them prone to errors. A lot of time is wasted in managing these complexities and eradicating the errors.

Moreover, a lot of self-service is involved in the human resource processes that require guesswork. Most software solutions that currently dominate the market make end-users rely on costly, shared services, as they cannot provide an end-to-end view of the human resource processes.

This is where SuccessFactor’s HCM Suite comes into play. It will eliminate the scope of guess work from self-service, by developing a software-driven intelligent services platform. This platform will help employees by rendering the transactions simpler and reducing expenses incurred in shared services.

How exactly does SuccessFactor’s HCM suit work? Secondly, the software is intelligent in the sense that it can detect smallest of alterations and in turn, forecast any small change, thereby guiding users rightly without delay. Thirdly, it eliminates any activities that do not create additional business value like business process outsourcing and shared services, thus increasing efficiency.

Currently, SuccessFactors HCM suit is offering 16 different workforce changes like hiring new managers, sacking or hiring of personnel, changes in employee or job information and so on. The list is not exhaustive and SuccessFactors plans to introduce more variations on these offerings.
