Workflow Issue - Help Required Urgently Plz

We have an existing systemin which, when a user gets a new SAP work item, a mail gets triggered to his outlook inbox notifying it. A sample message is attached in the mail. It can be noticed that the attached message has a link specified in it. When the intended user clicks on this link he is taken to the SAP system where he can see the actual message.

We are currently developing a .net webpage. A section of the webpage (hereafter referred as Workflow inbox) will serve as another means of notifying the user about the pending work items. When the user logs into the webpage the workflow inbox will contain a list of links (similar to the one in the attached email). Each link corresponds to a pending work item of the user.
