Backup on Tape

Hi to all,

I have ERP 2004, ora 10.2, installed.
I am trying to start backup with DB13,
My tape type is Ultrium 3 HP 400GB.
On Windows NT 2003 backup is going fine.
But through DB13 error as below.

1) Shall I change tape_size parameter---- But this option 400G is not available.
2) Tapes are already named by HP as SAP01, SAP02
3) How to initialise the volume. no steps in DB 13 schedule.
4) What is the meaning of 'Insert volume #2 in this error log.

Please guide me ASAP.

check if a third party program is using the rape drive such as arcserve or netbackup. if so, shutdown the service.
