Standard ECC BAPI to pull FI/CO balance sheet?

I would like to get out complete (detailed) financial statement information (balance sheet) with earning reports (profit and loss account). What are the BAPI calls to use or which tables / hierarchies has to be read to get the complete data from SAP R/3 (E47 or ECC5/6)?
