To link pictures to your items you need to create a document (CV01) in document management and link an image to it. TX: CV01 Give the document a name, Document type L01, part 000, Version 01 The document management is set up at the layout area item level Enter description Enter file type TIF. (Configured in Customizing: Cross Applications -> IAC) Click arrow and add image by browsing. Note that the image is not transferred to SAP but is only a pointer. Ie. The image needs to be stored and linked in an area accessible by web users. Save and exit. You can now make the link in the product catalog structure.

A customer needs to be created in the correct Sales Org, Area, Channel on the applicable client. Also create the customer in a company code in order to create a financial customer for each web customer. This customer is referred to in the online store that you create.
