SAP Event Management Authorization to Send SAP EM messages using /SAPTRX/MI02

If you use transaction /SAPTRX/MI02 to post events and you get an authorization issue but you don't want to deal with the SAP Security team!!!!
Go to the IMG -> Event Management -> Authorizations and Filters ->Define Event Message Senders
Add entries:
These entries are stored in table /SAPTRX/AUTH_SND
