Solution: (OSS Note 1153145)

1. Run Report /SAPTRX/UCPD_CREATE (Transaction Code: SE38)
2. Goto SPRO -> Event Management -> Event Messages, Status Queries, and Web Interface -> Web Interface -> Configure Fields for User Profiles
3. Choose Configured Field for Display.
4. Check if Configured Field EE_STAT_ICON_DESC exists.
      If not, please create the Configured Field as follows:
   Configured Field:     EE_STAT_ICON_DESC
   EM Attribute ID:      STATUS ICON DESC (Choose from F4 Help)
   EM Object:   EV (Event Message)
   Short Description:    Status Icon Desc.
   Long Description:     Status Icon Desc.
5. Save your entry.
