SAP Technical ALE / EDI / B2B Distributing Master Data using SAP standard transactions

There are different ways to distribute master data between SAP systems. For example you can use change pointers to generate IDOCs for distribution.
However there are standard transactions in SAP to distribute master data IDOCs to their SAP systems. These can be found under menu Tools->ALE->Master Data Distribution (t-code BALM). Look after the Send transactions. If you for example want to distribute the material master:
