SAP Technical Basis SAP Security log for SAP*

How can I find out if anyone has accessed the SAP* ID in the system. I've tried doing an Audit Log check via SM20N, but no success. I know it was used recently, but I get nothing when I run SM20N.

In order to use the secure audit log you have to activate it and setup a filter that will trace the activity of SAP* (SM19 + and parameters in RZ10) please also make sure that the audit log have enough free disk space. You can delete old logs with SM20.
