Q: I have about 140,000 requests in my spool (SP01) from last 2 years. And there are so many requests with the status ?waiting? when I click on any waiting request to see details, I see ?Waiting for output formatter? message under status.
A: You need to clean out your Spool Requests. There are limitations on the number of spool requests you will find a number of SAP notes regarding this (48400, 130978, 16083).
We normally only keep 14 days of spool requests. We run SAP_REORG_SPOOL with program RSPO1041 daily, and I would recommend you do the same as you will have printing problems.
