trick: Approve download basket via solution manager

This small procedure can be used to download NW7.0/7.1 Support packages and Kernels without having to go through all those nasty screens in the Solution Manager. However bear in mind, you still need to have a Solution Manager to do this.

Usage
-----------
Step 1) Add packages to download basket on SAP Support Market Place alias /patches

Step 2) Logon to Solman and run SE37

/TMWFLOW/MO_UI_BASKET_AUTHORIZ

I_OSS_RFC = SAP-OSS

Select package + confirm

Step 3) Run SAP Download Manager --> Download the selected and approved packages
