The DCOM Component Connector is a means for technical interoperability of SAP components (written in ABAP or ABAP Objects) and COM components (written in VB, Java, C++, Cobol, Delphi or any other COM-compliant language) on the basis of Microsoft´s Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM).
