SAP Technical Interfaces Reseting SMQ1 queue - WAITUPDA

The report RSTRFCK7 displays, deletes, or resets the status of all the blocked outbound queues that are ”Waiting for Update“ (status WAITUPDA).
Note that resetting the status WAITUPDA unlocks the affected queue. This means that the queue entry can be transferred, even if the corresponding update (tx SM13) request has not been successfully completed in the local system
