An example of C2B scenario
The Product catalog and Online store scenario
Here are some of the components that you need to take heed of when configuring the scenario.
The ITS User
An ITS user needs to be created on the SAP system with the following defaults:
WRK | 0011 | Plant |
VTW | 10 | Distribution channel |
VKO | 0010 | Sales organization |
VBG | 05 | Material group is displayed in the SD web scenarios |
SPA | 10 | Division |
SCL |
| Upper and lower case in source code: 'X' = lower, ‘ ‘ =upper |
POK |
| PD: Views (Key, Short Text, Validity, etc.) |
CSM | 1000100 | Customer number |
AAT | OR | Order type |
The plant is used to determine ATP quantities
The Sales Org etc are used to define a new user. These need to match up with your reference customer.
Document management
To link pictures to your items you need to create a document (CV01) in document management and link an image to it.
TX: CV01
Give the document a name, Document type L01, part 000, Version 01
The document management is set up at the layout area item level
Enter description
Enter file type TIF. (Configured in Customizing: Cross Applications -> IAC)
Click arrow and add image by browsing. Note that the image is not transferred to SAP but is only a pointer. Ie. The image needs to be stored and linked in an area accessible by web users.
Save and exit. You can now make the link in the product catalog structure.
