SAP Technical Workflow Make a workflow substitution for someone else (PROGRAM)

When people forget to substitute their workflow items to another user prior to going on leave, or they report in sick, it would be great for their manager to be able to log in and have their items forwarded on to another user.
The attached program (you need to log in to get the attachment) is available to cut and paste which will get you that functionality.
