XI File Adapter Not working

We have a file -> XI -> file scenario that was not working. The polling was set to 60 seconds and it never picked it up.

This is what we checked in order to ensure it was corrected:

1. Transaction: SICF - Check service sap -> XI -> engine is active
2. Checked the port on the URL
3. Checked that the XIAFUSER was not locked
4. Deleted cache in SXI_CACHE
5. Check the File Adapter in the RWB: Component Monitoring -> Display -> Click Adapter Engine (Under Integration Engine). Adapter Monitoring. Expand your IE tree and click on File to test the adapter
