ITS User maintenance

• A user can get locked out of the SAP system, used TX: SU05 to unlock

•  A user can have his password reset by an administrator using TX: SU05, together with his customer number and type KNA1.

• The applicable table is BAPIUSW01 which stores information like:

  • Last logon date

  • Last password change

  • Number of times incorrectly logged in

  • Locked status

  • Password (encrypted)

• The its user is matched against the EMail address in the customer master (in the C2B scenario, in other areas it could be linked to debtor master for example). The email address is located via tables ADRC and ADR6.

• BAPIUSW01-service = ‘109’ means the password needs to be initialized
