ISSUE: When we create an order using VA01 or via an IDoc it defaults text.

DESCRIPTION: Order XXXXXXXXXX has had text assigned to it (Text object VBBK and VBBP).
SOLUTION: UseSE37 to run function module SAVE_TEXT to clear out the text lines for order XXXXXXXXXX and these text object types.
